2025 ANGEA Conference

The State Conference will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Arctic Warrior Events Center (AWEC) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). The conference is open to all current and past enlisted members of the Alaska National Guard.

Corporate Partnership Levels

ANGEA offers a range of sponsorship levels to our Corporate Partners, from $250 to $5000.
Each level provides a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services, while also engaging with our members.

Bronze – $250: Your company logo will be prominently displayed during the event.
Silver – $500: Includes all benefits of the Bronze package, plus a dedicated booth at the Joint Professional Development and Business Meeting.
Gold – $1000: Includes all benefits of the Silver package, plus two tickets to the Joint Arctic Ball.
Platinum – $1500: Includes all benefits of the Gold package, plus your company name displayed on a table during the Joint Arctic Ball.
Diamond – $2500: Includes all benefits of the Platinum package, plus individual recognition and a total of 10 tickets to the Joint Arctic Ball.
Custom Tiers: We also offer custom levels. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Additional Joint Arctic Ball tickets can be purchased through our website.
If you wish to donate your Joint Ball tickets back to the association for junior service members, please let us know.

Community Partner (Non-Profit) Sponsorship

Non-profit organizations are welcome to participate with a no-cost booth. These organizations will be placed on a waiting list (first-come, first-served).
Please complete the registration form and select “other” under payment to apply. We will contact accepted organizations in early November 2025 to confirm booth availability.

Booth Details: All partner booths consist of one (1) 6-foot table and access to a power source.
