The State Conference will be held on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska,
at the Arctic Warrior Event Center (AWEC) on Thursday, November 16th, 2023.
The conference is open to all enlisted (current and past) members of the Alaska National Guard.
